Why on Gods green earth the admins here don't update their forms is a big mystery. Many of the sample forms have errors as well. Buyer beware!

I thought I got my forms here maybe not, but mine were excepted on 2-15-2007

The forms here are clearly marked as examples, and users are well advised to obtain their forms to ensure they have the latest versions from USCIS.

I suppose it is a good idea to give folks extra warning, but it might be asking a lot to continuously update the sample forms, since they often include sample answers as well. That takes a lot of very appreciated work!

The Abu Dhabi Embassy sent us a bunch of expired forms in our packet... We used the current forms from USCIS available online anyway...

The example forms are exactly that....EXAMPLES. If you notice an outdated form in the examples, UPDATE it. Simple as that. It is NOT up to everyone else or particular individuals to keep the information in the Example Forms or anywhere on this site for that matter, up to date. It is up to the members as a whole. We are not here to do everything for you.

BTW What are the errors that you refer to in the example forms?

The example form may be using an older version, but they still give you an idea about how to correcly fill the newer form, they are a GUIDE.

What is interesting to me is that if you go to the d/l forms section (not example forms) and click on the link... Guess where the link is from for the forms? THE USCIS WEBSITE.
