Thanks Zeeshan,

I think I included all of the stuff that you have mentioned. Only issue that I could think of is my fiancée's picture which I think was edited with photo shop. I still need to wait for the letter and see what evidence they need but I already started working on the correct photo so I could quickly reply if it is picture.

Ah Ok...

I have sent all these things except our conversation print outs on FB and Whatsapp, so I guess I have to wait for my RFE letter but it has been 2 months now since they received my petition and almost 2 months since the NOA1 still nothing from them..

I'll just have to wait I guess.

Today I received the RFE letter from USCIS in which they informed me that I failed to answer Question 2 and 3 of Part 3. ( Have you ever been convicted by court of law .........) . USCIS send the form and I chose 'No' and mailed it back to them in the provided return envelop as per the instructions. I am glad it was a simple mistake and hopefully it will get approval fast :)

Sure I will update once my status get updated or if when it will get approved. They received my petition on 08/12/2015 and because of RFE it got delayed since 08/12 petitions were already approved and hopefully mine will be approved in few days since California service centre is doing good. I think your case will also route to California since all the cases these days are going to California for processing and it will get approved in max 30 days.

We did not receive any letter saying the NVC received our information. So I called to get the NVC number, which they provided during the call. Now where do I go from here? My fiance has not received his Packet 3.

Thanks in advance for any advice or responses.

In most cases it takes roughly 10 days for NVC to get the file from USCIS and within a matter of days they send the package after entering the data in their system and issued an ID or case number as well. You need to give another week or ten days then contact them again if you don't see any progress.
