Hello guys, just want to know if anybody knows where to pay the fee's for CRBA, our interview is this coming September 3, 2015. US Embassy Manila dont say anything where to pay the fee's...help please :(

Accepted March 19, 2014 Text message with receipt numbers

Biometrics April 16, 2014 Biometrics completed

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Yes, if you want to have the necessary proof that he/she has a right to US citizenship especially to receive a US passport which now becomes a "free pass" to get out of the Philippines if and when you immigrate.

Thank you for the reply. I was just wondering if it would be better to file the CRBA in US or here in the Philippines? Cos my husband went back to US 3mos ago.

Your husband can file it with USEM details is in one of the links below.

"Only the child's biological parent or legal guardian, preferably the U.S. citizen parent, can apply for a CRBA. Either parent, including a non-U.S. citizen parent, may execute and sign this application. If it will be signed and executed by a legal guardian, a special power of attorney from the parent(s) or guardianship affidavit must be submitted. The application must be made before the child's 18th birthday and the child must make a personal appearance at the U.S. Embassy."
