Canadian Medical Question - Required Vaccines?

I do have all my vaccines, I just got them all, but I moved back to my original province after being gone for 12 yrs and can't get any medical records from my past, does anyone know exactly what I should do (I do have vaccine records)?

My doctor gave me a tetanus booster shot and did an antibody titer test for me today, this shows if you have the immunizations or require them to be done.

all my medical records were erased from my family doctor since its been over 10 years, you can get the ministry of health to fax you your records if you dont want to do the above

You must get the vaccines in Canada they will not let you finish the medical with out them. If you do not have the vaccines or results before your medical they will hold on to your report till you f

This is true for other Countries but not true for Canada. They will not release your medical till you have started all the vaccines or show proof that you have them. My youngest at the time needed one

You just need your vaccine records unless you have any major medical history that needs documentation.

This is actually nice to see.

A lot of people throw around they'll give vaccinations at the place.

My fiance is seeing Dr Zatzman in Vaughan, ON. He hasn't had his TD booster since he was a kid, so he'll need that, but has everything else.

So it looks like they'll just hold his medical info there until his family Dr sends in proof of the TD test to Dr Zatzman's office? Just wanna make sure I'm understanding correctly! Thank you!

He's currently waiting to get his Xray and blood work done, but I did just want to confirm that they did go ahead and give him the tetanus booster during the medical exam!

the people at the bloodwork area were nasty to me, started getting angry that i didnt have 7.70 exact change so i just gave them a 10

That's good and yeah the tetanus booster was the only one he was missing, he had everything else which is why they prolly just gave it to him.

And thanks for the headsup about the bloodwork people, he's already gone now but luckily he only really carries cash so hopefully he has some change. I didn't see anywhere on their website about exact change needed so how are you suppose to know?

yeah the website is wrong, it was 240 for the medical, 50 for the xray and 7.70 i think for the blood work
