I called up NVC to ask them if documents are reviewed in 30 days and the DS-260 in another 30 days.... And the woman i spoke with told me my documents have already been reviewed (scan date: 7/17) and that everything is good to go the only thing they need to complete my case is to review the DS-260. She told me that due to the website issues, (April - July) when most people were unable to access ds-261/260 or pay aos/iv fees, they are supposedly backed up and it can take up to 30 days to review the DS-260 from the day you submit it.

Hopefully they work fast and can get my ds-260 reviewed sooner than that

For DS-260 this is Jos posting. They ask me about my 44yo daughter.... Does she live with you? I would answer NO there, but I live with her temporally waiting for visa. So her address shows like mine... Is my answer correct? They actually want to know if she is depending on me, right!?  And that's not the case at all. I explain like, NO, I live with HER !

Anybody to give me a good advice?

Call NVC and ask if they have received your documents. The day they officially entered  your Document in the system as received  is considered as your scan date
