My daughter is in the Philippines right now, shes only 8 months old, I have all the proof to prove that I'm the biological father..

Have you completed CRBA? Consulate Report of Birth Abroad. If not, you NEED to give this done and get your daughter her U.S. passport (visa for your fiancee will NOT be issued until this is done). It is highly advised to get the Philippine passport also, makes life easier when exiting the country

Yes that flow is good and will work. The DS-160 is the document in your list that can be done in any order. One and Two need to be completed as you have it listed. Good luck.

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

How long it will take to get my daughter U.S. Passport after submitted all the documents? Is it process in the philippines or in the U.S.? I heard it will take at least 4 weeks :(


Do we need to bring our 8 months old daughter in my fiancee interview?

I suggest starting a new topic regarding CRBA to get responses from those that have completed this process.

No you do not need to bring your daughter to your fiancee's interview.

I'm new in this site, we have our case number, Visa Status Check it says our case is ready, we are planning to pay the visa and dont wait for the Packet to arrive, just want to know if the U.S. Immigration in Manila will honor hour appointment without the letter from NVC? please help...appreciate and thanks so much...
