Its now 90 days past while in administrative processing,,,,crying......in the past two weeks ,i recieved a message from the embassy, saying that "we are finishing our administrative review we will be in touch shortly, its now almost 3 weeks "nothing", but last week the case updated everyday, so confused that its still in administrative processing , i miss my fiance.....what can i do?

Case updates everyday , what does it really reflect?

if the Update occur without you send e-mail mean they are working.

everytime that you send an e-mail they update , but if you havent send e-mails then that mean they are working.

3 months in ap can appear so long, but there are people with years in ap.

I am one year and 5 months in ap.

So i can tell you, nothing you can do, only be patient and wait.

The updates mean they are updating your case. Emails don't always mean an update. I sent many and received responses and it didn't update. There are several steps they take while reviewing your case. If there were updates everyday then expect something very soon. It most likely updates everytime your file changes desks etc... When they update fields in the system the date will change. Also waiting for the final approval from Washington D.C. would trigger an update. Be thankful they are working on your case. Some people wait years with no updates. Good luck

my freind is in AP since JUne of 2014

just found out they sent his case back and no one knows where it is

he provided the additional paperwork the embassy asked for and he thought he was approved especially after NVC emailed applicant to fill out I 824 for lost approval notice

but now embassy says they don't have it

NVC says they don't have it

and CSC says call 800 number before they can look into it

Good luck to you but this couple waited for an answer and then started trying to find out where they stood

I wouldn't wait like the others said

AP doesn't mean the embassy is working on it / it may have gotten sent back / so find out where it is

i'd wait 1 week to see if anything in ceac changes on its own. if not, if possible, call the embassy and inquire.

Yes everybody suffers while they are in AP. It's the waiting and not knowing what will happen next.
