You mean if kids are availaing K2? Yes, everyone needs a passport. As I recall you need the passport to pay (some BPI branches asked for it) and filing out DS 160. You will present the passport in the interview and they will keep it to attach your visa on it.

In the Philippines, everyone are required to have a passport when traveling out of the country regardless of age.

Yes, like Cristina16 states everyone who is leaving the country requires a passport regardless of nationality. You will hand in their passport along with Mom's at the interview so if approved, the visa can be secured on one of the pages within their passport. If one of you is a USC, are either one of the children from you. If so, they need only have a US passport, as they are USC. We can explain more if this is the case. If it is not, just ignore my comment.

On page 3 of the I-129F it asks for address of the alien fiancée's children. Is this the current address which they live or address where they were born? I put the address where they currently live. Also for any items that don't apply I left blank, I suppose this is fine or put "does not apply" or none?

Greenbaum/Hank, will my fiancée need to show she has a job for the k1 interview? I told her that it didn't matter if she had a job or not since she was immigrating. My biggest fear is we haven't been together in 1.5 years and only have Messenger/Skype logs, Skype video chat snapshots, money transfer logs, copies of emails.

Nope. No one cares if your fiancee has ever works

You will be find with copies of chat logs, emails and such. That is what most show for evidence of an ongoing relationship.

It's the address where the children are living now. It's always best, where the form will allow this entry, to put N/A if it does not apply. Try and not leave blanks, but some forms will not allow it, then leave it blank and move on.

I think you are good to go. No need to sign chat/ call logs, receipt, etc. (proof of on-going relationship).

So the only thing that goes on the outside of the mailing envelope is the USCIS address like below? Is there an "attention I-129F" that needs to be added or anything else? Thanks
