My I-130 Approved!

NOA-1: June 29, 2015

NOA-2: September 1, 2015

Does anyone know:

1. Do we just sit and wait until PD become current? Or, something needed to be done?

2. Approval letter states that original petition is sent to NVC/DHS, do they send letter/email acknowledging the receipt of the petition? Should I call?

Thank you and good luck to all.

Congrats on approval!

Did you have to call California Service Center about the NOA2 approval? I sent a few days later than you, so I'm just checking if I should call them or just wait? Thanks.

Congras .

I believe they will send a recipt letter saying that they have received our case but will keep that on file till the visa number is available. I am planning to wait at least a month before calling them if they have received our case.

Then we will just wait till NVC contacts us again to start the NVC related stuffs which is definitely a year frm now.
