Thanks Derwood. I am glad we are friends also. The ole timers that I met here are what helped me through the dreaded process. We will take a nice break now and just collect evidence for the next couple years for ROC and enjoy life for awhile without being attached to a ball and chain.

I think that its a stall tactic to say that they can sit on our file for a few more months until they feel like processing our application. We are beyond frustration. Our status should have changed to say that "you are awaiting interview scheduling" but our status has not changed. Like I have said before, my husband thinks that all his delays in his case is because we live in Texas, the state with the most illegals, so he thinks they are treating him like an illegal just because he lives here. Of course, USCIS has gone above and beyond to prove me wrong as in when I "thought" our case would be completed, so it looks like I am a lier now.

My husband called USCIS today wanting to make our 3rd SR, and he was transferred to a tier 2 and the tier 2 told him that his case was being reviewed for a second time that it may take long and they couldn't tell him how much longer would it be.
