After my August interview at Montreal- can I cross but not use my K1?

That CBP person was a jack*** for saying that.

Sorry that would have sucked.

Maybe I had no issue because I used the NEXUS only bridge in Niagara Falls.

I was wondering about this too. Live on a border town need to enter after my interview for convention and to plan wedding, meet with vendors, and I am not ready to completely move. We have a stag and doe booked as well that I will need to come back to Canada for.. I'm using an advanced license. Can they activate the visa if you enter with an advanced license before you yourself even have the visa in hand?
