Sponsor’s Change of Address I-865, New last name or maiden name?

Hi

We are changing our address. I already filled out AR-11. Now, for my wife, she has to fill out I-865 form (sponsor's change of address). The problem is, when she filled out the I-134 (affidavit of support) she put her maiden name. Now, she doesn't have that (last) name anymore, she has my last name now.

Will that be a problem? Will this be a discrepancy therefore they will return her form?

I-134 doesn't matter for the USC's change of address. A USC needs to file the change of address form if they have filed an I-864, and it won't matter what name they used when they filed it.

I meant, I-864. That's the form she filed, not the I-34. Sorry for the confusion.
