so what exactly did your letter say? what day was your case completed at NVC?

There are no available appointment dates at this time in Montreal Embassy. Seems to be a common thing there.

This person is applying for a K1 whereas you are applying for a CR1. The NVC process is completely different for the processing of the visas. For a K1 the approved petition basically is just routed through the NVC whereas for CR1 applicants there are several stepts to complete yet. No such thing as a CC for K1 applicants.

I was checking for earlier Vancouver appointments, and checked Montreal. There are appointments at the end of September. My advice is to take one now quickly before they fill up, and obsessively check for new appointments to show up. Mine started on the 29th of September, then moved to the 15th of September, finally ending up with one on the 1st. It was for Vancouver, but seeing as Montreal does appointments every day as opposed to only one morning a week for Vancouver, you can probably find something earlier.

Good luck with whatever date you get! :)

How do I select September? Because when I go to the site I dont get an option to change the date? I just get a msg that shows "No Appointments Available"

Hi,

Did you check for september? cause august is full.

How do I go about that? At the usvisa.info site when I click "continue" to go were the payment is it just says no appointments availible and doesnt give me the option to even pay the fee yet.

You can't pay the fee either? I think that is an entirely different issue. I didn't have an issue paying the fee. Though I have heard of others having the issue. Does it let you select the courier?

Wait. This is the site you're using, right? https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-CA/iv

this is normal. congrats on making it through the last hurdle, though. there be more !

be diligent, check twice a day. sometimes folk cancel and the appointment slot is released.

as to the new round o pain and suffering - come on - all K-1 visa chasers do this - what matters is the route you take to alleviate the stress.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The problem is, is that there ARE appointments available. I can see them. It's not allowing the payments to go through.

Weird... I just looked at the screen shot. There are also Vancouver appointments available. I have no idea what is going on with that. Is it because you have K1 and I am assuming K2 payments to make?

Yes I have to make 1 K1 and 3 K2 visa payments. Do I do it at another website? Or should I see it on that SS I showed you that it should let me pay there?
