Okay so my mom got voluntary departure in 1999 so she got her green card taken away they said for 3 years she could not return back but she did anyway because her kids were here and they were young and she was a single mother that could not be able to take her kids with her to mexico she wants to know if her kids can help her she has a 22 year old daughter does anybody know if there is any change that she might have a chance

No. Seeing as she would need two waivers l, one for the ban and another for EWI she isn't eligible for a visa. Unless she has a USC spouse or child under the age of 21 she does not qualify under extreme hardship waivers.

9C bar may be in play after returning illegally during a ban. If so it's a lifetime bar from the US for which you can only seek a waiver after being outside of the country for at least ten years.

Illegal re-entry pose her biggest prob. She cannot adjust in no way shape or form

she will have additional bans when she depart, she can be petitioned by a spouse,

kids does not qualify to waive parents for immigration infractions & only a for a

few criminal instances (with a good atty) when they are over 21 yrs.

Filing anything will put her on ICE radar for re-entry, if she is in a committed relationship

she can get marry, fepart , get petitioned, be honest about everything and pray wjile

waiting out bans .

Finally if she adjusted for first GC in her country or at the border, theres no GC visa

for her....former LPR is not eligible for (212) h relief escept in very rare cases
