Hello,

You can put it to be safe. It doesn't hurt. Some people don't put it and have been fine.

Question 14. If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following: date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence ans class admission. I came to U.S thought marriage to a u.s citizen (CR-1). Should I put N/A or write down date on place there? I'm a U.S citizen last month.

Thank you

You are not an LPR, so just put N/A
