Start CR1 thinking to use Rapid visa. Are they good ?

I used them in the Philippines, and was very pleased, as it was start until visa was issued. They were excellent to work with, and the best part, a very "economical way" to get you through the process.

There is no doubt, if I had found this site first, and read the excellent info. here, I might have gone it by myself, but it was so inexpensive, I could not resit.

Very competent, and inexpensive, but, this site has everything you need to do it by yourself.

Of course they could make an error, but If they made them with any kind of regularity they wouldn't be in business.

yes, but my point was more about how either way could have errors. you're not immune from them with either method. and i think you're better off doing it yourself as long as you research. he's already found this site, which i think is superior.

i used a lawyer for the I-130 portion. She made errors on some of the filing, I only realized at the NVC stage (she ended up leaving the firm in the middle of the process)

"A million years if I could live,
A thousand lives if I could give,
I would spend it all again with you,
Don't forget where you belong,
Only with me you are strong,
Not even the gods above can break,
Baby what we have"

My wife and I are using Rapid Visa. We found them before we found this site lol... So far they have been excellent. Pretty much always available for any quick question you have. While yes we could do all the forms ourselves, we were paranoid about making an error and having it be delayed... Having them review the package for us, and ensure we didn't miss anything small (or large) was definitely a positive for us.

I personally used RapidVisa and got their premium review service which is an extra $400, if I remember correctly. Their customer service is very helpful and accurate. Also my wife is from the Philippines and they have and office right across from the U.S. embassy in Manila. We have gone there on a few occasions for some hands on help. For me, it was worth the extra money to save the stress. It also helps to have someone you can call about questions any time.

I used filipinafianceevisa and they caught right away that I did not have the judges signature on my divorce decree. I never noticed Had to go to courthouse and get copy with the signature took 2 extra days instead of getting an RFE. Very pleased with their service

I used them to file K-1 last week, so far so good. Main reason was so my fiance could go online into the RapidVisa account and fill in her parts on her own. This was reviewed by RV and they suggested she add some information about her education that she had not understood. Then she was able to print out her pages and sign them before sending me one package with all required documents.

The application produced by RapidVisa is very well organized. Supplements are clearly labeled. The cover letter is thorough. Their instructions are very clear and thorough. Assistance is prompt if you have questions.

Well worth the cost in my opinion, though it does not replace good research here on VisaJourney. It was here that I learned of IMBRA RFEs being issued for dating sites. Based on how others here were responding to those RFEs I included with the petition an email from the site and some language about the site falling under the IMBRA exception. I am hoping this prevents an RFE.

All that said, it is quite possible to do it yourself with the excellent information here. But don't be concerned about whether they are real or a scam (like many lawyers in this business, I gather). They are the real deal.

If you think learning is fun at no cost, use VISA JOURNEY. As what our senior have said , this is a DIY site. We started from K1&2 until our AOS, which is still pending, and no RFE. The best part of being a member here is we get help from members who had past experiences in different visa issues/ processings. And I can share as well ?

That’s completely false. We used rapidvisa and had zero issues. A lawyer doesn’t guarantee anything either. Heck, you don’t even need a lawyer. Follow the guides on here and you’ll be fine.

And that’s fair, but just because you had a bad experience doesn’t mean everyone else has, or will. There have been many folks who have used them without any issues.

Exactly, you do not need RapidVisa.

Of course most people do not have bad experiences where they diy, the issue here is that you pay them a lot of money and when they screw up they walk away.

Doesn't sound like a good business model to me and last I saw they're still in business.  One experience doesn't define everything....many folks on here have had difficulties with lawyers too.
