How to change embassy for interview?

Anybody know how to change embassy for the inteview.. My brother case recently transferred to NVC and he got letter to start a process like choose an agent and all but the time my mom applied for him , he was in different country but he got a work visa in middle east and works there so he moved. can anyone tell how to change his embassy?

Secondly, i have another question, for police certificate, does my mom needs to submit his police certificate for the country he is living now or the national country as well?

PS. his catergory is f2b...

if there is anyone from f2b category.. please rply.

Hi, I don't know the process of changing the embassy for interview, but make sure if your brother has spent more 5 months and 29 days in middle east, he better get the police verification certificate before he faces the interview.

Members please help brother a brother out here with his question.
