So as some (very few) of you know, My husband just had his visa interview on Monday (July 27th) and has been awaiting the delivery of his passport.

Well I am estatic to inform you that he recieved it today!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU JESUS HELLELUJAH!!

Only took 3 out of the 5 days he was told for delivery.

I am so relieved! He can come home now, and I could get a good nights sleep!

Thank you to those who have supported me through this.

And good luck to everyone in their journey!!

It has been almost 3 long years since filing our I-130. We can BREATHE!

Congratulation for you and your spouse :)

My husband got his visa after a 6 year immigration ordeal. If you are like me it is so exciting and the stress is gone. My neck and shoulders finally relaxed. I keep looking at the CEAC that says visa issued. He says that days was best day of his life and is sending photos of clothes he is buying. One of the things i had said, "Buy clothes there as they are so expensive in US" Talk about planning. I feel we are 6 years behind and have so much to do.

Elhamdo lellah which means Thank you God

And congratulation and the Best of Life

God has blessed you

Celebrate it

It just depends on the circumstances of each case. Some have to file for different things like a waiver. Some have to prove hardship and it takes time and money to collect evidence and sometimes all that was collected was not enough for approval so ppl have to collect more evidence.. Some ppl did things right so it's easy and some entered the u.s illegally, thus having to file a waiver... I hope you get the picture. It just depends.
