Translation to English for non-Tagalog speakers:

Hi wanna ask if its normal to receive a notice of action that has the notice type of "receipt". 

I assume you are referring to the form I-797C, which is the standard form used by the USCIS to notify filers of action taken on a particular case (hence the "I-797C, Notice of Action" written in the top right hand corner of the form).

The notice type is "Receipt", I assume, because there is payment information listed on the form, like:

• Application/Petition Fee
• Biometrics Fee
• Other Fees

This basically means that the I-797C form that was sent to you serves as an official receipt of payment. Typically with i-130 immigrant petitions and K1 fiance applications this will be the first notice of action (NOA-1) and means that your case has been received and is in queue for further processing. Its good news!
