Wow. After 30 days they send your case for a supervisor review? Then nothing happened? Hopefully you don't have to wait another 30 days. Hope you get your cc soon. Good luck.

Thank you!

Have u called? What does they say?

Nvc is really testing our Patience!

Hello.

For me as of today it has been exactly 74 BUSINESS days (weekends and holidays excluded) since my DS 260 was submitted. I have called numerous times and received numerous different answers as to why it is taking our case so long to complete even after requesting Expedite service, providing proof as to why our case needs to be expedited, being told by expedite as soon as I turn in the DS 260 they could proceed with the expedite, and just being told on July 28th that our case was indeed routed to a Supervisor on June 3, 2015 exactly 43 BUSINESS days ago, yet the CSR did not see any further action on our case since it was sent to the "Supervisor for Review"...

Talk to supervisor directly. I never had any good experience with first end representative. They can't do anything.

The last CSR I spoke with did tell me he was going to let me speak with the Supervisor directly but then after a few minutes on hold he said he was not able to get a Supervisor on the line. I think I will try again tomorrow. Thanks for your advice.

I completed my DS 260 on April 20th & am still waiting for the review to be completed. Last time I called she said the delay was due to the problems with the Computer System but I am confused how this affected my case review since I was able to submit my DS 260 before the "computer problems" happened...?

Am in the same situation. I submitted our financial and civil documents on April 14. Received checklist which stated that we only needed to pay IV fee, which was subsequently paid shortly thereafter. I contacted NVC on July 29 to find out about status. They said that our marriage certificate, police report, and my wife's birth certificate (all with translations) was not received. I contacted again to request supervisor review. Hopefully they find our documents. I know with certainty that all was included in my submission. Sent email to request supervisor review.

At least your case is moving forward. Not like some of us. Stuck and can't move forward.

It is progress... It took a few calls to the NVC... They also put us in supervisor review... I called and got a hold of a supervisor and they reviewed the DS-260 on the spot so the only thing left is for them to review the checklist. We completed the DS-260 on July 7th and started the NVC process April 28th... It's all a nightmare but hopefully over with soon

The key is to keep calling and try to get a supervisor.... Call first thing in the morning and catch a supervisor before they get too busy... It will move quicker.... It worked for me

Do you just say can I speak to a supervisor? Last time I ask for a supervisor they asked me why and I told them about my case and they just told me that I need to wait for 30 day time frame.
