Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Hello Guys my wife went to the interview today the office told my wife I need a joint sponsor because my income is not enough,I can't understand because im making $37k ,according to the 2015 poverty guideline a household of 4 is is $24,250.

What should I do?

Do I have to send my pay stub and my employer letter?

Do I need to get a joint sponsor?

Do the join sponsor has to fill AOS form if yes which one?

If joint sponsor fill the AOS from do they need the original one or copy?

Do joint sponsor need to give copy of his pay stub or what?

Thank you fro answer me guys,the officer did not take nothing from my wife,

I am disappointed :crying: she has to mail the required document to the embassy,God knows how long it gonna take after that :cry:

NVC accepted my 2nd AOS, my wife did not bring any evidence showing my income I did know she should.

I send 3 years of tax ,last year i did not make enough cuz i had apart time job and was in school,but i send my pay stub and job letter with my AOS

NVC accepted my 2nd AOS, my wife did not bring any evidence showing my income I did know she should.

So maybe sending some recent paystubs will be enough for them?. I can't understand why they want joint sponsor.. You make enough, and they accepted your AOS recently..

Since they asking for joint sponsor im gonna fill out my AOS again with all the support paper and my AOS for joint sponsor,do they accept copy ,im not gonna wait to mail everything for my wife ,I will email them.

And once they get them how long it takes for visa to be issued?

Email AOS is bad idea. It is legal contract and it has to be original sign by both you and Co sponsor. NVC has rejected many AOS because they send photocopy of signature page. I would mail all original documents with signs.

Congratulations!!

We still have over 10 hours to wait.. I'm worried sick, what if my husband won't pass it ? I don't think I will sleep tonight..

I know that 10 hours sounds silly, but I can't help myself..
