UK Embassy - No Record of any forms

Hi All,

I completed my medical on the 9th July and completed the DS160 and readiness form around the 26th of June. I have just had confirmation that none of the forms or any record of the medical has been received.

Has anyone else experienced this? I have gone back to them with dates but I don't know what else I can do

Should I be looking to do another medical exam?

Hope my question doesn't sound silly, but have you contacted the Knightsbridge doctors about what happened to your information? Also do you have the receipt with you showing you paid the medical fee? Would that be of any use? Was anything flagged at your medical (ie did you need further tests etc).

Are you saying that Knightsbridge never sent the records? You need to get on the phone or head down to their office and demand they find out whatever they did with the records and send them along.

With embassy saying none of the three things were received, it sounds more like they just can't find them.

Are you speaking to the immigrant visa unit? (Not non-immigrant).

Did you give the wrong LND number? It would be unusual for the clinic to not send.
