That seems so bogus of them to say when so many when approved for 2014. A spreadsheet from immigrate2us shows ppl who send mid to end of 2014 were already approved. So how are they now working on jan 2014 and all of a sudden a year and a half behind. Something just isnt right here.

I asked about that. She led me to believe no one prior to January 2014 had received an answer. As long as we know better that's all I'm worried about. I'm going to ask my lawyer if any of her other clients have received an answer in 2015.

Haha! Chelsea can be wrong all day! I'll take the facts. What's disturbing is why don't they just tell the truth? Why give misinformation on purpose?

We had to wait to file it until after we were denied at the interview. I have seen where people know they need one and have it all ready to go right after the interview (Unlike us!). But those were K1s. I am not sure about CR1.

They just need to do what they're doing faster @anahialanadan you can file it before or after preferably after your denied the visa by the consular officer and the interview and I would suggest you get an immigration lawyer as this may be challenging to deal with and hard to understand?

My husband's waiver was approved almost a month ago ! so for sure they have approved people who filed the waiver in 2015...that has to be a typo, can't imagine that they have tons of old files just sitting there. because most people/lawyers would be all over that since it would have been beyond processing times from a year ago
