What wrong information?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

As others have said, proof will be needed.

You can send an email to the embassy including case number, petitioner and beneficiary's full names and dates of birth. Introduce yourself and how you know the details of the fraud. Give specific dates, places, names. If you have your mom's A# include that too so they can check her travel records in the US. Include the name of your sister's husband too so they can check their marriage record.

That's all you can do. The rest is up to the authorities.

petitioner abandoned her green card and they did not tell NVC . they said petitioner is living in U.S

Are you sure Trams border wife?

Others have said the same. If this is indeed true, when the petitioner tries to re enter using their greencard it would be discovered that way unless they have a re entry permit.

If you don't have any evidence to prove fraud, then you got nothing.

Let this go.

There is no requirement to notify USCIS that you have abandoned your residency, is is optional.

Irony.

OP's LPR mom has been outside the U.S. for 2.5 years without a Re-Entry Permit and is petitioning for her children in the F2b category.

Someone should report this.

OP - when you live in a glass house, don't go throwing stones. Your mother is committing the same "fraud."

But there can be issues upon re entry

Absolutely, they could be sent to an IJ.
