it's all tied to 'which ID' did she present to get the other ID.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Thank you darnell ,

she got first Identification card immediately when she got her green card , the identification card will expire in the same date like her green card(conditional green card) 2 years since the port of entry date , she didn't get 6 years .after months she got her driver licence not with 5 years like she expected , she doesn't know if this is mistake or not? she got it on 2015 and its good until 2018, she talked to somebody she know in California he entered USA in the same date with same CR1 he got 5 years in his driver licence and something like that in his Identification card , we are confused , if she should call department of motor to give her 5 years in her driver licence or what to do?

its not confusing to me as the ID ( la carte ) has different expiration date than the driver id ( permit )

in my state ( PA ) i was issued 2 years for ID and 5 or 4 years for driver id .

may be its different in your state but you can always go check with dvm for more explanation
