After sending Documents WHAT TO EXPECT ??

I was wondering if anyone can please let me know what happens after The all the Documents have been submitted to the NVC.

Does the NVC email us telling us how long it will take to review ?

Or

Will the NVC Send a mail at the mailing Address ?

Also when I sign into my account at ceac.state.gov it says N/A under AOS Documents etc ?

Confused please help if anyone can

I believe it takes approx 60 days to review the documents.

Have you paid both fees and submitted DS-261 and DS-260?

If everything is okay no checklist you will have case Complete. Most people start calling after the 60 days from their scan date (when NVC received your documents).

Also many also watch the 3 N/A's appear on the website for your IV fee, AOS fee and DS-260 when those all are at NA that's also a Case Complete.

Case Complete email comes 1 week after they have Case Complete you. That's why many people just call.

Didn't you just send in AOS documents. Don't really worry on that.

I just checked my Online Portal on the Ceac..state.gov website and it says..

AOS FEE PAID

AOS DOCUMENTS AND FINANCIAL EVIDENCE N/A

IV FEE PAID

IV APPLICATION COMPLETED

CIVIL DOCUMENTS N/A

It does not mention anything being scanned by them.

I sent the Docs off to them on July 13th and it got to them by the 14th.

Do i have to call the NVC to see if they have my Docs logged into the system or do i just hang in there until i get a notification for case complete.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
