You told us about your job, absence of common children, year of your marriage.

You received RFE.

What does USCIS want from you exactly?

Do you have photos together? Print them. Especially with relatives.

If you got some greeting cards, any letters (even spam) on your both names - send it.

You may ask couple of your friends and neighbors (U.S. citizens or residents) to write letters about they know you as a couple.

Did you travel somewhere together? Did he go to your country to meet you? Tickets, boarding passes, visas. Money transfers. Checking book cover page with both your names... May be you have joint membership in a fitness-club, museum, mall... Think about what papers can witness your relations.

I think Maria said it very well. You need to send them anything to show them you are in a bone fide marriage no matter how insignificant you think it is.

Good Luck!

more proof, financial co-mingling?

from day of marriage, anything that generates MONTHLY statements showing both names, include MONTHLY stuff. You mentioned married in 2011? start that year, generate.

by the time yer done generating, the stack should be at least 0.75 inches thick on the monthly statements.

report back, when able.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

No financial is understandable, no essential family things (tax, insurance, wills, transportation...) is not ideal.
