Help - Medical Results

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone is able to tell me if the Embassy (London) keep a hold of your medical results and send them along with your visa when this is delivered? Or am I supposed to have the results with me already? I attended my interview and I definitely remember them giving me back my X-rays but I don't ever remember seeing a report. I cannot seem to find the medical report anywhere and I know that this is required on entry to the US. I am a little nervous that I may have misplaced it...
