Stop posting wrong information! He became a U.S citizen after his children were already born, therefore they have no claim to U.S citizenship until they immigrate to the U.S legally by filing I-130 for each child. Once they arrive on the immigrant visa, they become U.S citizens automatically. Then, if can decides to file for N-600 for each of them to acquire certificate of citizenship he can, or he can simply apply for their U.S passport for them using his naturalization certificate and their immigrant visas. Don’t post uninformed information here in response to a question.

What I said is correct. The children are not currently US citizens. That's exactly the same thing I said. Apparently you don't know what the INA 322 process (with Form N-600K) is.
