Thank you,

Question: What is the exact procedure after NVC has sent our documents to AIT? What do we do while we wait for information from AIT?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! AIT (American Institute in Taiwan).

there's a lot of info at http://ustraveldocs.com/tw/index.html?firstTime=No

in the immigrant visa section. have you made time to review it ?

but hang on a mo - info about K-1 visas isn't there, at all.

in essence, you pay the MRV fee of 160 (see http://ustraveldocs.com/tw/tw-niv-paymentinfo.asp)

then login using the credentials you were provided,

and that should set you up as a K-1 visa chaser.

Take the MRV receipt #, enter it into the system, fill out the other info, then wait a day.

After waiting a day, login again and you should be able to self-schedule for the interview and fill out the DS-160.

once you are successful at self-scheduling an info sheet is provided tell you exactly what you need to bring in on interview day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
