AP at NVC .. any thoughts. any help

I have read tons of post here.. no body talked about nvc putting people on AP

Ain't NVC supposed to collect docx and fees. was that agent with whom we spoke is a rookie and knows jack ..

Or that's what we were told at some point and not by all

Some say sup review but few times we were told that our case is going thru a 'necessary administrative processing ' and we will be notified of the outcome

I have heard that lately

We have been stuck at 'no IV bill issued yet'
