Just in case after 34 days they might say we haven't received ur case? It is better to call them and make sure that they have received the packages. In my case i didn't receive a confirmation email from NVC until i called them.

it's quite weird, cuz we sent ours via Fedex by 6/15, they got it on 6/16, we didn't get any e-mail with scan date as others. We called three times these couple weeks(before system back online), to confirm if they got our package and ds260 matters. Those three reps all states that they got our package by 6/16, but they don't know why's no e-mail for us.

Kind of worried. Hope it has good news by next week.

I submitted my DS-260 on May 1st... the confirmation page said "Please allow up to 30 business days for the NVC to complete the review." After 30 days, I called NVC and they said it could take up to 45 days. After 45 days I called and the guy said it could take 60 days. So today I call (69 days.. was too busy the last few days) and the representative says my DS-260 was "locked" (due to the computer bugs) and couldn't be accessed by those needing to do the review. She said she would send it to a supervisor to unlock it, and it could take another 2 weeks to review and complete my case. I really hope that's all it takes.

Apparently they just fixed the computer locking issue over the July 4th 4 day shutdown. She also said they don't know if a DS-260 is locked, so she was glad I called.
