My father is the primary beneficiary.He stayed in Sharjah in the year 1980 -81.Do we need to take PCC for him.he stayed there from May 1980 to march 1981.then he came back to india for 2 months.He again went back in June 1981 and resigned his job in july and came back. So is PCC nessasary in this case as he has not stayed continuesly 1 year in Sharjah???

Your father would not be required to get a PCC from Sharjah, UAE since he only lived there 10 months. Here's the link from the NVC website on obtaining a PCC. It's the last item on the list of supporting documents:

Finding PCC from UAE for a migrant workers from 80s is like finding needle in haystacks. I doubt if they have any records that old for migrant workers. If i were you, I wouldn't even bother getting PCC from UAE.
