yeah I had to have a last minute c section, wonderful . And was already home less than 24 hrs later, so back in the bed I am again lol . She sleeps too much but I have too be happy about that haha .

My unmedicated birth turned into a c section so I'm rather miserable in bed again but baby is a happy one lol .

Just an update from someone that paid the IV fee ($325) by mail, never got the DS260 made available after 35 days, got a checklist for the missing DS260, paid again it online ($325) and was able to fill the DS260 online 2 weeks ago: I'm still waiting :(

Ha! I think that's what they did to me, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put back into the hold queue you get at the beginning :D

Was unable to speak to a supervisor however a very friendly operator (I think her name was Daisy) spoke with her manager and said they were going to review the case on Monday/Tuesday next week.

Could easily have been something just to get me off the phone, but will call a week tomorrow and see.

Did you receive a document cover sheet with the AOS or IV invoice? If so, you're supposed to use that. I used the same address to send my documents.

Question: My hsband (petitioner and sponsor) changed address in the US. Should we notify USCIS or NVC? or both? how?

We are now at NVC (Scan Date June 8), waiting for the IV fee to open to pay and complete DS260.

What do you think?

2015/3/23: I-130 Sent: (Let's start the waiting game!)

2015/3/25: NOA1 Sent by email, case routed to the USCIS California Service Center (hardcopy 2015/6/4)

2015/4/21: NOA2 (email; got hardcopy in 2015/5/6)

NVC:

2015/5/21: Got NVC case # and IIN

2015/5/29: Filled DS261 online

2015/6/1: Payed AOS fee online

2015/6/5: Sent AOS and IV packages

2015/6/8: DS261 reviewed over the phone

2015/6/8: Scan Date

2015/7/5: Payed IV fee online

2015/7/8: Filled DS260
