Hello all,

I am trying to apply for the temporary protected status granted to Nepali citizens after the tragedy that took away 10,000 lives in Nepal. Please help me with some questions that i am stuck on.

1. Question 25.b on i-821 asks for the date authorized period stay in the US expires or expired. I was on F-1 student visa and my last i-20 renewed on august 2007. After that i have been out of status. What date should i put? Is it the date of expiration on my actual visa or would it be the date that i left school?

2. Question 15 and 16 on the i-765 states current immigration status and eligibility category. What would i put as my status? Is it visa overstay or TPS application? On the eligibility category there are two options a12 or c19. Which is the correct one for first time filers?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank You
