Hi guys my I751 was denied on June 16 2015 what should I do now, file again before the NTA or get divorce and file again

Hire a good lawyer and gather all the evidence that you can show to the Judge as you will appear before an Immigration Court who will determine whether to confirm the decision of USCIS or reverse it. Just prove that yours was a valid and bonafide marriage.

BTW what was the reason for the denial?

I have been told - crazy as it sounds - that you can just file again. You have to do it before you get the NTA. Then the whole process starts over.

Makes no sense to me, but I was told this by an immigration officer at USCIS, and I'm absolutely certain that I'm not distorting what she told me.

But I'd certainly get a lawyer.

And obviously this group can only give very limited help without more information.

Pending OPs response I am assuming that no to limited proof of co habitation due to separation early in the marriage. So OP might be considering divorcing so he can attempt removing conditions alone.

A denial without any RFE? to the OP what does your denial notice/ letter say? that will determine how you can proceed! I hope it is something that can be easily fixed.

The reason was luck of evidence I presented one year joint file and one year separate file income and recent cable bill joint bank account statement but they said only one person was using the account recent life insurance

So my question is can I refuse it without divorce , that's what the lawyer told me

We had some problems due to financial reasons
