You are looking at around 1.5-3 months at CSC these days. And that is lucky right now.

I waited 5 months and 1 week through TSC and some have done 9 months there.

Check the immigration time lines at the top of this site for an updated list.

Bottom line: You will likely have your NOA-2 by the end of August.

i just sent mine in on june 22 they arrived at the lock box on june 25 and on june 26 I got a reply via email and text that my petition has been forwarded to California still waiting for noa1 by mail

Hi I'm a June Filer. i just sent mine in on June 13 they arrived at the lock box on June 15 and on June 19 I got a reply via email and text that my petition has been forwarded to California. Received my NOA1 by mail on June 24.

We sent our I-129F at the end of May, got our NOA1 text June 1, paper copy June 8th. Ours is being processed at CSC, just found out yesterday (July 9) that our case has been approved!!

Filed on June 26 got NOA 1 on July 1st, from everything I am reading the CSC can go from 3 weeks to three months. The only time I have read anything over that time from this service center is if there is RFE or something was misfiled. I also heard that Philippine K1 visas get expedited but I do not know if this is in true a fact or not. Anyone know where I can find some info on that?

Words can not describ how i feel right. Just got the "Petition Approved" email, text, app notification and what not. My NOA1 was Jun 18th. It's been a real journey with you guys here for the last 30 days. I wish you all a very happy ending on your journey & a great new beginning with the one you love.

Hi there I was a June 2015 filer received date was on June 23 and just got my petition approved on July 21 less than a month it was at California service center

I-129F was received Jun 18 and I got approved July 21st (though didn't realize until today because for some reason the email/text notification didn't come through). I can't get any work done because I've been shimmying around all day. Thanks to everyone on this forum and best of luck to those of you still waiting.

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

 

Next step: Citizenship!
