@ sanyaYpita, i don't think they are working on October 1st as you said, because my PD is September 8, 2014 but i'm not approved yet. Surely Vermont is a nightmare.

Ooh bro! I just can say that we should be patient cuz this category of visa takes longer.. I know someone they get approval for 5 months and we have same date of noa1 but he is citizen..

Even if we are approved in uscis we must wait again in nvc untill our pd is eligible

Hi dorchar11, Sorry was little busy so couldn't reply. Well when I called them they said they are processing for Sep 1st. My PD is Sep 11 2014 and they told me to wait till next processing date is released.

I din't understood from the phone conversation, is that they are processing for Sep 1st. This date is from last 2 months so I don't understand whether they are processing cases before Sep 1st or after Sept 1st because I doubt they would need to spend 2 months for Sep 1st cases.

Thanks tripal, for your explanation.

I am planning to take vacation sometime in Sep for india, so wanted to find out that Do we need tobe in United States when NVC process begins or can we do it from other country too. Is there any restrictions on travelling while NVC is in-process.
