Hi Frnds,

This forum has been very helpful to us and great medium for us to share our experience, problems and solutions. I am opening this thread to share opinion & view for filers with priority date between April 2014 - Oct 2014. I have seen 2-3 I-130 cases for June getting approved for Vermont and many for California. Please join and share your experience if you fall within this priority dates.

I have filed my wife's thru Vermont service center in Sep 2014 and yet no updates. So would like to gather people in same boat and share experience.

hmm, No not yet.. I have seen few getting approval with PD June 2014. so wanted to find did approval dates go any further or not.

I heard that cases from august 2013 to august 2014 are transfered to csc 3 months ago and vsc is processing now cases of 1sep 2014, are there any updates any approveds anyyy news....

Hii, I didn't see any cases after June getting approval. Do you have the source where you get this details. Mine is Sep 11 2014 and no updates yet.

What does Processing time frame means on USCIS. My PD is Sep 11 2014 at VSC, I see processing time frame as Sep 01 2014, Does that mean cut-off date for processing I-130 cases before Sep 01 2014 or is that's the date for cases processing after Sep 01 2014.

for vermont center pd-31 aug 2014 is complete,now they are processing from 1 sep 2014 to 30 april 2015.that is clear.

Vermont is notorious for long processing times. The average processing time at Vermont is well over 13 months. They generally don't approve petitions unless you're within that 6-8 months time frame of the VB being current to one's particular PD. CSC does indeed approve petitions faster, but if NVC is not processing cases, it won't make a difference. It's a very unfair, frustrating waiting game.

FYI.. I called USCIS today to find out what cases are under processing so representative said that we are processing cases of Sep 1st 2014. Well she din't clearly mention that we are processing Sep 1st 2014 on-wards but its confirm that its September 2014.

I don't know any but I have seen one from Oct 2014 getting approved.
