I think august visa bulletin cut off will only reach up to Dec 9,2013. I haven't heard anywhere anyone got IL after Dec 9.

I think so too but it will cut off on the 15th, since the PD only cuts off on the 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of every month. since we know someone here had an interview with dec 9 PD, the next date it will cut off is most likely the 15th. Hopefully a little more!

I personally trust that person who claimed to have interview with PD 24 January on mygcvisa.com because at this point of that time no body wants to lie to another because it doesn't make a sense... Last time only one guy with PD 6 Nov got the IL from mygcvisa and nobody from VJ and everybody on VJ said that he was lying.. But we saw what happen.. So I am pretty confident that next VB will be at least 1 Feb 2014.. This is my opinion

Ah that is new to me that PD only cuts off on the 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of every month. Lets hope it moves quick enough that if not this month, i get IL for next month ..

No i did not call. I think that guy on gcvisa is lying, becoz if that is the case, there are so many other people who have PD in Dec or Jan but havent receive IL. When i spoke to NVC last week, they told me they schedule IL based on CC date. I saw one user on VJ who have CC in May 2015 and he got IL, but my CC is April 2015 but i still did not get IL. Not sure on what basis they schedule the visa.

The only possibility i see for that Jan 24 PD user, that is he has CC date in March or April 2015, so he got scheduled early then others with PD DEC or JAN but have CC date after him.

I think there's a good possibility that he's not in F2A category.... Most likely in IR1.... I've seen this same issue happen before.

and if they were scheduling for Jan 2015 there are many here on VJ who are already CC and we would have some Jan filers their IL.

I called them. I don't think they Gonna move cut off for August more then 9 December 2013. I didn't get interview schedule yet.
