Hi there, it's been a while. That is quite surprising. I would look into getting your local senator or congressman involved. You should have received approval a long time ago. When was the last communication with USCIS?

Just added the IL column.

I think august visa bulletin cut off will only reach up to Dec 9,2013. I haven't heard anywhere anyone got IL after Dec 9.
