On December 2014 i filled for my Wife I 130 and on May 21st i got RFE letter...

SUBMIT Nikah Nama

The marriage certificate you submitted in support of your petition is ( alone ) not sufficient evidence tht your married to your wife

Submit photo copy of the Nikah Nama for me and my Wife . If the Nikah Nama for ME and My WIFe is not in English ,you must also submit a complete English Translation .

If you submit a document in any language other then English , it must be accompanied by a full COMPLETE English Translation . The Translator must certify by statement the translation is accurate and he or she competent to translate . Notarized translation are insufficient in lieu of a certified translation . Note : your must submit the requested foreign language document along with the translation.

​But i didn't read it properly and only submitted the TRUE ENGLISH copy and forgot to send the foreign language with it .

i checked my Status on www.uscis.com and i saw

I am waiting for uscis Mail to arrive and see why its denied and will they ask me to resubmit? missing document or will it straight go to Appeal? any idea guys.

You were properly denied, so an appeal will be pointless and is guaranteed to be denied.

You would need to file a new I-130, this time including all of the required documents.

when i resubmit will it be any faster cuz they already seen my case n documents accept 1 which i forgot to send to them which is the reason i got denied 1st

When i got the RFE letter i forgot to send 1 main document that proofs I'm married and now i got the denied letter from USCIS and my options

You keep making new post Stop please. There is nothing for you to appeal you made the mistake. You were already told in your other post to just refile. Send your I-130 again pay again. Send them this time what they ask for so you do not get denied.

And to answer your question again because I know you will ask. No this will not put you in front of everyone. You will go to the end of the line and start all over. And get adjudicated from the start. So more than likely this will be 5 months later you will get adjudicated (someone will look at your case). So again resend your I-130 petition ) the whole thing evidence and all like you did the first time with the correct documentation they require,.

i'm with dwheels - file a new I-130, a complete set.

Since it was your fault and not their's there is nothing to appeal.

Appeals are costly and take a long time even if someone would have a slim chance.

Motion to reopen or motion to reconsider also does not seem to cover your issue of forgetting to include the document with the RFE.

I would advise to re file.
