Green Card Approved!!! but have a question

Hello everyone,

My partner and I jus went for our interview in downtown Los Angeles. We waited for 30 mins before being called.

Then everything went well. the interviewer seemed very interested in our story. After around 30 mins chatting, she approved our case and told us that I should receive my resident card in 3-4weeks. This has been the best day of my life. :luv:(L)

but I jus have a question. I saw several people got approved on the spot and their cases changed to approved as well right after the interviews.

But its been 2 hrs since our interview and nothing has changed yet online. So I was wondering if it is because the system is down, there wont be any update? Or it is normal that status doesnt change and will become approved a couple days later?

plus she didnt give us anything or stamp on anything, is it normal as well?

Thank you. All answers would be really appreciated.
