Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

if you married within 90 days of arrival, then USCIS doesn't care that you are overstaying without any status,

as

any overstay is automagically forgiven when the green card is issued.

File the AOS soon, this starts a new period of authorized stay when you have the receipt notice in your hands.

No, you won't have a problem filing for AOS, and yes, you can file for AP. You're fine, assuming you were married before your K-1 expired. If you married after your K-1 expired, then it is a bit more complicated...

you meant, before/after I-94 expiration date, instead, right?

Whoops, yes, thanks.

Oct 30 2014 date of entry

Date of marriage is 11/15/2014

Then you're fine.
