AOS using workers compensation benefits and social security

Hello I need your help I the petitioner for my husband and of course i need summit the AOS but i can of worry because i suffering an industrial injury in 2013 and I'm not working since them but i get $36,000 or little bit more in benebits every year plus my long term disability another $6 or 7 thounsand and this year start reciving Social Security at this point i don't know if i can use this income for the AOS for my husband. any comment i appreciated thank you.

SS disability I don't think can be counted but most other forms of pay can.

I've spoken to three attorneys about this and they ask have confirmed that SS can be counted. However, I would call a local attorney near you and just ask about your specific situation.

So if it's SSi you can't use it. But you may be able to use other stuff.
