Translate ID card and Ho khau ?

Did you guys have to translate the Ho Khau and her ID card for the interview?

No, we did not. Any documents in Vietnamese or English do not need to be translated.

That is correct. Any documents that are not in Vietnamese or English must be translated to English. It is also stated in the K-1 and IR1/CR1 instructions as per the links below.
