What happens in Texas?

Just for clartiy's sake. Both addresses are for the lock box, one is a physical address for packages that requires a signature (like fedex, ups), one is for regular mail that doesn't require a signature (like good ol snail mail). Both end up at the same lockbox facility where they do what I stated above. People get this so twisted and confused. The fact that the lockbox (where everyone send their 129f) is in Texas as well as a Service Center is coincidental.

The lockbox location in Lewisville, they review your documents and take your payment. I did not sign our application (duh!) and it was sent back with a letter stating why it was not accepted,

I didnt send it to the lockbox. I sent it expedited to the service center.

No I-129F petitions are mailed directly to any service center. They are ALL mailed to the Dallas Lockbox intake facility.

My fiance sent our papers last day (June 29, 2015). I hope we'll go through CSC because I have read a lot of bad comments about TSC. *cross fingers*
