Has anyone paid their AOS or IV fee online in the past month? Did it work?

Even you pay the IV in mail and if the system still down then you cannot access the DS-260 so bottom line it is useless to pay by mail but just wait a little and be patient hoping the system will fix. I spoke with the agent everyday and giving me same answer. It is all up to us to send IV Payment or not.

We paid our IV fee on June 10, 2015 and completed our DS-260 on June 11, 2015. I just spoke with NVC today who let me know that the IV fee is just NOW showing paid on their end. It's taken a while they say due to computer issues.....

Okay VHP, thanks. But you see the IV fee in the CEAC website, with the $325 fee, and you could pay it right now if you wanted to? And it appeared after you called the NVC? How long after the AOS fee was paid and your choice of agent was confirmed?

I got the DS-261 and AOS fee paid confirmation on May 17th, got the IV invoice email on June 10th and still have my IV fee appearing as 0$ in the CEAC system. I am currently going to give it a month from the IV invoice to show up in the CEAC website and then decide what to do next.

Yup, its there and I can see it.

The issue I had was that after paying our AOS fee (and it being marked as paid), our IV fee didnt show up for like two months. I called to ask what was going on. They said our DS-261 wasn't approved yet but the guy on the phone approved it over the phone with me. He said we'd get confirmation in the mail and that the IV fee would be up within a week of the DS-261 being approved. We got the confirmation in the mail (with an accompanying IV bill on paper). The IV fee also showed up on the website around the same time that we got the mail.

I had the same thing happen to me as well. After the AOS was paid online and the DS-261 was submitted, we waited a few months for our IV bill to show up. Within that time we submitted the AOS/IV package. I called NVC on June 19 and the lady on the phone went over the DS-261 with me and said that we should get our IV bill within a week. I got the IV bill e-mailed to me on June 22 but, the ceac portal says "pay now" but, when I click on it it says "not invoiced".

How long after talking to them did you notice you were able to pay the IV fee online? It's been a week for me and I know people have waited longer for the fee to show up but, it'd be nice to know the general timeframe.

Hey Tasakchy!

I noticed it around the same time that we got our IV fee in the mail. To be fair, I didn't really check it all that often because of all the technical issues they were having. I never expected it to be up but to my surprise, it was! As for a time estimate, it was a little over a week that I got the fee in the mail after speaking with them. And then the fee showed up online around the same time (probably a few days after).

I called NVC yesterday, and that agent gave me straight answers that NO ONE can pay the IV fee at the moment, he has absolutely NO idea when it will get fixed and its upto me to pay by mail or wait for website to show my fee. Its just so disappointing :( Im worrying because my PD is going to get current in August probably and i wanted all this to finish by july! Seriously is this our headache that they are unable to fix their website?!? There should be some law action against this.. we have finally reached these last steps just to GET STUCK again

Reading all the above posts, i can generally make an assumption that it is taking around 1 month after receiving IV fee invoice for it to be available to pay online. Im guessing it may show up by mid july for me..but hopefully before that they get their website working…seriously its so annoying :(

Man I paid the AOS the 21st of April.

I still can't pay the IV fee on the website. I click under IV Fee Pay Now, still shows $0.

Over 2 months just waiting to pay IV...

Currently NVC is taking on average 8-9 weeks to Review DS-261 and invoice IV bill. so just wait few more days.

Someone just posted on another thread that they waited 20 days after paying by mail and the option to pay online showed up but it didnt register as paid. They just paid online again today to speed up the process so its strange that he said that no one is able to pay. It seems as though different people at NVC say different things.

Yes thats truee.. but that guy was just talking like hes reading out of a script! i didnt want to argue or anything and just told him that "okay fine, guess i have no option?!"

So im thinking to call again, and tell about my PD and ask if they could perhaps manually unlock the iv fee

Our IV fee was paid on June 10 and our DS-260 was available and submitted on June 11. Our IV fee did not show as paid until today when I called NVC.

It seems as though the people at NVC tell everyone different things to just get them off the phone.
