I need some help for the content to be written for canceling the K-1 Visa petition.

She is living in USA and her Fiance is in India.

things didn't worked out between them. So they want to cancel the case.

You write a letter to uscis with the noa1 number, fiance name and petitioner name. Exolaining that you want withdraw the petition, also send a letter to the service center where is your case.
