ac.cording to US law you can apply for I 129f as a fiance and apply for a visa and bring them to the United States they will do the green card process here after you file change of status forms. if you marry in another country the requirements are different that makes you ineligible for the fiance visa and you would apply for I 130 in the country you marry and go to the green card process in all the interviews in the host country so if you have an approval for an I 130 I will call National Visa Center to ask for the approval for the I130. now if you are already married and waiting to come to the United States you are no longer eligible for the I129f you would be 500 I 130

submitting a I-130 and i129f together is to chase a k3 visa which is possible to do but they are hardly ever achieved because of the processing times . That's what they were trying to do by submitting both . It's mentioned in the guides here if your bored and feel like learning about it .

the nvc ? You should have gotten a case number AND invoice ID number as well, they'll send mail to the petitioner . There is no updated status the nvc website isn't a status website but a website to pay fees and do online forms .

Hey guys I've been calling NVC for about two days now..And I just want to make sure I'm doing it right...There's an automated voice message that says they're busy... Silly question...do you stay on the line after that message and wait, or hang up and redial over and over again until it rings..?

Haha just want to be sure

Thanks!
